1. The service

PixelPull (“we”, “the service”) is a software tool that fetches publicly accessible web pages chosen by you and lets you download the images and videos found on them. We do not create, own, host, curate or endorse any third-party image. Files are streamed directly to you and are not stored by us.

2. Your sole responsibility

By using PixelPull, and before every download, you confirm and agree that:

• You will only download and use images and videos that you own, that you have a licence or permission to use, or that you may lawfully use.
• You are solely and fully responsible for every image and video you download and for any use you make of it, including any infringement of copyright, trademark, design, privacy, publicity or other rights, and for complying with the terms of the websites you access.
• You will not use the service to infringe anyone's rights, sell counterfeit goods, remove watermarks or attribution, harvest personal data, or overload websites.
• Your acceptance of these responsibilities is recorded (date, time, a one-way hash of your IP address and the version of this text).

3. No responsibility or liability of PixelPull

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPull and its owners, operators and staff accept no responsibility and no liability for any image or video you download, for your use of it, or for any claim, loss, damage, fine or cost arising from your downloads or your violation of these terms or of any third party's rights. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PixelPull and its owners from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, the images or videos you download, or your breach of these terms or of anyone's rights.

5. Accounts and limits

Guests may download up to 30 images. Free accounts (with a confirmed email address) may make five downloads per day; Pro accounts are unlimited subject to fair use. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, infringe rights, share accounts or try to bypass limits.

6. Subscriptions

Pro renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. See our refund policy.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, follow our copyright & DMCA procedure.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If the responsibility wording changes, you'll be asked to accept it again before your next download.
